As you can see from the photos, these are very high quality lights, constructed from metal, with an excellent fit and finish that is portrayed in my detailed photos.

Come complete with rawl plugs to fix in to hard ground. The base can be removed to secure to the ground and then the rest of the unit secured in place, with allen screws. 
 
The instructions suggest that a separate base, which is secured in to the ground with concrete is used, however, these can be used without, most manufacturers with this design of bollard, do not require a base.
