These are a polycarbonate microwave (movement) sensor bulkhead designed for both indoor and outdoor use. They are IP65 rated and have an IK10 anti vandal protection.
 
They have a hold time, which you can adjust, between 5 seconds and 30 minutes, variable detection range and also a daylight sensor between 2 and 50 Lux.
 
Suitable for both wall and ceiling mounting.
